User Agreement

Chapter 1 Applicability
These terms and conditions of use shall apply to all pertinent matters on the admission to Little SOSIUM and the use of its facilities and contents not stipulated for herein shall be governed by the domestic laws, ordinances, regulations or generally established practices.
“Little SOSIUM” is the title of the children’s career experience theme park of the Kangaroo Republic, Inc.

Chapter 2 Restriction of Opening Hour and Admission
1. In principle, the facility is open all year around but it may be closed on special occasions including specified closure period for annual maintenance.
2. Operating hours shall be separately posted and it is subject to change depending on the business condition of the provider. However, in case of exceptions, customers will be given notifications through the separate posting method.
3. “Exceptions” defined in these terms and conditions refer to natural disasters, force majeurs, abnormal changes of weather, and other special conditions of the provider.
4. Either online or on-site ticket sales may be temporarily suspended for the visitors’ convenience and safety in the event that the facility reaches its maximum capacity to accommodate visitors - i.e. 750 paid adults and 750 paid children for each section on weekdays basis.

Chapter 3 Application of Charge
1. Classification of Applicable Ages
① Infant: Younger than 3 years old age (36 months)
② Children: Between the ages of 3 to 14 years old
③ Guardian (Youth and Adult): 14 years old and older
④ Children with Disabilities: Between the ages of 3 to 14 years old
⑤ Guardian of Children with Disabilities: 14 years old and older
⑥ Children with disabilities and their escorting guardian must bring a relevant verifying ID (including welfare card and others) to the entrance for issuing tickets to benefit the specified discount, and the detailed information shall be posted both on the Little SOSIUM’s webpage and the ticket booth.
2. Application of Group Charge
① 15 paid children and more
(However, it is limited to the occasion of admitting under the group name for certain purpose)
② Separate charges may be applied unless the purpose of these terms and conditions, pertinent laws/regulations or general practices were not be violated.
3. Application for Each Ticket Type
① Admission Ticket: Tickets to be used for experience facilities, various free events, and convenience facilities together with admission
② Others: Each ticket type may be adjusted in compliance with the management policy of the provider, and it may implement special ticket system conforming to the characteristics of user.
4. Any special benefit for the disabled may be altered depending on the management environment of the provider and other reason, and the detailed information shall be posted on our webpage and the ticket booth. To benefit a discount, relevant ID (including certificate of disabilities) of the beneficiary must be presented for verification.
5. Charges for admission shall be separately posted on the Little SOSIUM’s webpage, ticket booth, and others, and they are subject to change in accordance with the management environment and policy of the provider.

Chapter 4 Refund
1. Cancellation and Refund of the Purchased Tickets
① Your purchased tickets can be requested for cancellation or refund through the Little SOSIUM website or a personal visit to the ticket office and it is available before the scheduled experience hour. After that, cancellation shall not be allowed. However, certain amount of cancellation charge may be imposed.
② As for the tickets purchased from the on-site ticket booth, any request for cancellation or refund shall be processed before the start of the scheduled experience, and cannot be processed after that. 2. However, in the event that a visitor had to withdraw, in certain time after its entry, due to justifiable reasons of impossible to use Little SOSIUM (situation of returning home for urgent situation modification and others), the provider may refund or pay for right to re-visit in consideration of several situations, and in this case, the visitor is required to present the proof (ticket mark and others) to verify the time after entry. Detailed requirements and information related to the refund request shall follow the provision separately defined by the provider.
3. Request for replacing the re-visit ticket and request for refund for the ticket due to sudden climate change and general personal situation are not permitted.
4. With regard to cancellation of tickets purchased online using a credit card, refund method and time of the cancelled amount may vary depending on refund policy of the applicable credit card company and please contact the relevant credit card company directly for further inquiries.
5. With regard to group reservation, any request for partial cancellation (including change of number of persons or date) cannot be processed online. It is required to make another reservation after canceling the previous reservation as a whole. (However, partial cancellation is permitted for individual reservation.)

Chapter 5 Matters Related Use of Facility
1. For the purpose of securing visitor’s safety and maintaining public character of the facility, following rules of use shall be observed.
① For maintaining pleasant and clean environment and preventing fire, it shall be prohibited to bring cooking utensils and others that may cause hatred to others or interfere with business of the provider.
② No pet will be allowed for admission other than the guiding dog for the blind.
③ Any person who acts with a concern of harming others while using the facility, including attires to cause hate, loud noise, violent act and others may be forcibly restricted for admission or withdrawn from the premises.
④ Following behaviors shall be prohibited.
- Entry of hazardous materials
- Sales and display of merchandise
- Leaflet distribution
- Assembly and speech
- Shooting for commercial purpose
- Exportation of various facilities and rental facilities
- All behaviors that interfere with the operation of Little SOSIUM and related facilities
2. To bring beverage and food into the experience facility shall not be permitted.
3. Smoking is prohibited within all area of Little SOSIUM including experience facilities, its wait lines, rest rooms and others.
4. No minor will be allowed to purchase any good restricted to purchase including alcohol beverage and cigarettes in compliance with the relevant laws/regulations.

Chapter 6 Restriction of Use of Facilities
1. For the use of facilities, visitors may be restricted from using the applicable facility for the sake of visitors’ safety depending on visitor’s physical condition including age, height, or health condition.
2. Using the applicable facility may be suspended temporarily for inspection for safety reasons even during the operating hours.
3. Rules and cautions for using each facility shall be posted in front of each facility. 4. Entry to Little SOSISUM of drunken visitors or their use of its facilities may be restricted.

Chapter 7 Readmission
Once the visitors are withdrawn from the facility, readmission will not be permitted, in principle. However, with the indication for approval acknowledged by the provider, it will be conditionally permitted.

Chapter 8 Protection of Lost Children
1. During the operating hours
① Little SOSIUM shall operate the protective system for missing children within its facility.
② When handing over the missing child, the provider shall record and maintain the missing child journal for mutual confirmation.
2. After closing of the facility
① As for the missing child who failed to be handed over to its guardian before the closing of the facility on that day, it shall be turned over to the relevant authorities together with the record.

Chapter 9 Policies on Lost Articles
1. Information desk located within the facility shall take necessary measures to hand over the lost articles.
2. All information regarding reception and handover of the lost articles shall be recorded and maintained on the lost-found journal.
3. In case of failing to retrieve the received goods to the owner for a considerable period, it shall be reported and turned over to the relevant authorities.
4. Corrosive food may be disposed at the discretion of Little SOSIUM.
5. All related matters regarding the lost articles shall follow the provisions of the pertinent laws/regulations.

Chapter 10 Indemnification (disposition at the time of accidents)
1. With regard to the facility management, in the event that there is any damage due to reasons attributable to visitor’s intentional or negligent actions, it shall indemnify in accordance with the Civil Act and the relevant laws/regulations.
2. With regard to accidents occurring from reasons attributable to the visitor, it shall indemnify in accordance with the provisions of damage compensation under the Civil Act and the relevant laws/regulations.

Chapter 1 Categories of Personal Information and Collection Method

Chapter 2 Collection of Personal Information and Purpose of Use The company shall process the personal information for the following purposes. The processed personal information shall not be used for other than the following purposes, and in the event that purpose of use is changed, it shall seek for advance consent.

Chapter 3 Matters related to provision of personal information to a third party
The company shall use the personal information of users within the scope of the above specified provisions under Chapter 2 “Collection of Personal Information and Purpose of Use”, and it shall not use user’s personal information in excess of the specified scope without user’s prior consent or disclose it to outside, in principle. However, the following are exceptions.

2. When entering into the consignment contract, the company shall specify all responsibilities on the contract including prohibition of personal information processing for purposes other than the purpose of consignment work, technical and managerial protective measure, re-consignment restriction, management and supervision on consignor, responsibility on damage compensation and others in compliance with Article 25 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Use and Protection of Information, and supervise the consignor to handle the personal information safely.

3. In the event that the contents of consignment work or consignor is changed, it shall be disclosed based on this privacy policy without delay.

Chapter 5 Period of Handling and Retention of Personal Information
1. The company shall handle and retain the personal information within the specific period for handling and retention of personal information in accordance either with the relevant laws/regulations or with the consent obtained from the informant at the time of collecting the personal information and the collected personal information shall be possessed and used for the purposes defined in Chapter 2 of “Collection of Personal Information and Purposes of Use” from the date where consent was given until the stipulated purposes are accomplished.
2. The handling and retention period of the respective personal information is shown as follows.

Chapter 8 Procedure and Method of Destroying Personal Information
